Underwriting Assistant

One of the UK`s leading General Insurers are seeking an Underwriting Assistant to provide an effective administrative support service for the Commercial Underwriters.
Responsibilities will include taking care of all administrative duties for the underwriting team, the revision and creation of Excel reports, statements and databases and logging all Underwriting referrals onto the referral database.
Candidates must have excellent IT skills – Advance Excel and Word skills are essential. Previous insurance experience would be ideal but not essential.
We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic candidate who has excellent planning and organisation skills.
